ARISTOTLE. THE POLITICS.

Sustainable Localities Lab consists of graduate students and faculty members of the Graduate School of Urban Studies, Hanyang University. Presently, Sustainable Localities Lab has the following members:

He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in architecture from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and continued his study at the Rotterdam Academy of Architecture and Urban Design, The Netherlands. This makes Sustainable Localities Lab the smallest research lab in our school (and probably on the entire Hanyang University). But you know what they say: small but excellent!

Our lab has collaborated with individuals and institutions from Korea and abroad, including National University of Singapore, School of Architecture (Singapore); Institute for Spatial Policies (Ljubljana, Slovenia); University of Washington, Urban Commons Lab (Seattle, USA); University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Architecture (Slovenia); RMIT, School of Architecture and Urban Design (Melbourne, Australia), Scapethical (Singapore); Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (Sejong City, Korea); University of Westminster, School of Architecture and Cities (London, UK); Hongik University (Seoul, Korea) etc.

Sustainable Localities Lab is open to new students with interest in transformation and sustainable development of localities. Prospective full-time master and doctoral students are eligible to apply for the BK21 scholarships. Please, check the BK21 HY-GRIP web page or contact us directly for application details.
